As a very busy Resident Physician, I realized early
on that planning my wedding for nearly 260 guests and over 15 vendors would be a daunting task. I knew that I needed someone whom I could trust to plan every detail of the wedding day, and execute my vision.

Karolina exceeded those requirements. We met
for the first time 14 months prior to my wedding day,
and working with her for all that time was the key
to my successful, seamless and beautiful wedding.
We worked very well together because she is
responsive to all my concerns, quick to take action,
and acts as the Bride's advocate throughout the entire planning process. For example, unfortunately
I had a few issues with 2 of the vendors that I selected.

After Karolina had a talk with those vendors,
they suddenly became very receptive to my concerns and accommodated my requests. Karolina has a bright, positive and likeable personality. But don't let her pleasant demeanor fool you. She takes care of business! She remained very focused, calm, cool, and collected on my wedding day. She worked feverishly behind the scenes to accomplish all my goals for the special day. Warren as a day of coordinator for your wedding. From the day we contacted her she exceeded our expectations with her reliability and professionalism. Karolina is very organized and is wonderful to work with.

Karolina met with us a few months before the wedding to go over the wedding plans and to make sure that we were on track with our planning. Even though we just hired her as a day of coordinator she was helpful with advice and tips during the planning process. She was very accessible to reach though both e-mail and phone and always responded quickly to any question or comment. In addition,each time we met with her (initial meeting, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and to pick up wedding decorations) she was at the meeting spot early.

Karolina was especially helpful the week leading up
to the wedding. We had a lot of out-of-town guests
arriving early and we were able to focus on spending
time with friends and family rather than spending time contacting and confirming with our vendors.
We had one issue come up with a rental company that had lost our initial order and she was very helpful with dealing with this. We really felt like we didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day.

Karolina was vital to helping to rehearsal and wedding ceremony run smoothly. She kept our large wedding party organized and made sure that everyone was in the correct spot. She ensured that everything was setup how we wanted it including the chairs for the ceremony and the seating for the reception. She handled these big tasks and made it look easy.

Even after the wedding was over she was helpful to us with getting a refund that we were entitled to. She was so helpful from start to finish and paid attention to every detail so we didn't have to.

We are so happy we hired Karolina as our day of coordinator. She was our favorite 'vendor' for our wedding and we highly recommend her. back to top

I hired Karolina as my Day-Of-Coordinator and it
was, by far, one of the best decisions I made. She was tons of help in the weeks leading up the event, helping me put together a schedule that would work well and getting all of our vendors on the same page.

She even helped me find some replacement hair stylists when we had to part ways with ours three days before the wedding—definitely above and beyond her duties. On the actual day, she got all of our decorations set up perfectly before we even arrived and made sure everything ran smoothly even when our ceremony ended way early and things had to switched around. None of the guests ever knew anything was amiss and Karolina kept me very calm and sane through it all. I don't know what I would have done without her. Karolina charges very reasonable rates for her services—we were on a very small budget and we were able to afford her and I'm so glad we got her. Karolina makes it possible for any bride, no matter how small the budget, to have a relaxed and worry-free day. Highly recommended. back to top
